Rather than just blow up the forum with frequent threads I figured I'd make a 2015 thread to finish out the year.
My recent hilly hike excursion reaffirmed my need to work on certain things which I had anyway.
So....
Tomorrow is Monday and I'm doing a superset of Chest/Back
Warmups, etc
Flat flye / High Row Incline press / Chins Decline press / Low v-handle row
I have some hitting lessons that evening but if possible I'll use my bike trainer for a small amount of evening sweat.
