[article] I'm wondering how warm that is....kind of like the gloves vs. mittens thing...... [/article] I'm thinking you'd want to pull arms inside to sleep. But having the legs divided seems harder to fix, and potentially cold! OTOH--one of those might be perfect for days when I'm at the computer too long and get frozen!

The legs? That is when you whip out the Pied d'Elephant www.outdoorsmagic.com/forum/gear/pied-dand39elefant-sleeping-bag/25572.htmlI've spent a few nights in one of those when I did not have even the little wisdom I have now. Wife sometimes bundles up in it while, as Rebeccad would like, at the 'puter or just lounging around reading. Why I kept it all these years is beyond me. I had a mom who kept everything of mine when I was long gone and out of the house. I often think that is genetic within families. "Might have some use for that soon." It does look like a bit like a Michelin man (overcomes those extra rolls of fat) and would scare the bejeebies out of some impressionable outdoors wannabe who has a chance to validate a Big Foot sighting. I like that it comes in colors, requires NO ironing, has pockets for almost anything, same day shipping, and could start a new fashion trend. Where can you find a well fitted suit now-a-days for under 119 (EU)? Can't even buy (in some circles) a one piece swim suit for that. Perfect answer to the dreaded, "Honey, does THIS make me look fat?" Certainly would be an accessory item for the MULE.

I changed my mummy sleeping bag,now i have legs ,i can wear it when i at home. i feel it is very comfortable, especially my feet always feel warm. i don't like winter ,because my feet never get warm no matter day or night. now my sleeping bag solve this problem.

I have a wearable tent. My hoodless poncho can be pitched as a holden tent. I don't use it as such because bugs are so wicked here in GA. I need netting between the world and me. thank you for sharing your experience, i will keep in mind bugs problem.
