It is almost winter, which means it is time for me to start planning my spring / summer trips!
Does anyone have a favorite book that covers the PNW, or maybe Washington specifically? There are a bunch that I see, but wanted to check for BPer favorites first. Thanks!

Two favorites of mine: both are old, but still full of great information. Olympic Mountain Trail Guide by Robert Wood. Entiat Country by Mary Sutliff. Probably my favorite trail guidebook ever. A lot of this info may now be out of date, but beautiful descriptions not only of the trail routes but also off-trail explorations.

I have got much adventure from Hiking Olympic National Park by Erik Molvar. I have this one as well. Also by the same author is Hiking the North Cascades, which I have enjoyed perusing for some distant future adventure.
