This video takes you through the whole process of dehydrating the marinara sauce and meat (bison), packaging the meals and cooking on the trail. Hope you find it useful. It's my favorite trail meal of all time - comfort food. As shown, I prefer to dehydrate the sauce as separate components so I can use them to make other recipes, e.g. shepherd's pie, and I prefer angel hair pasta cooked fresh on the trail rather than pre-cooking it and dehydrating the whole meal.
