I finished my first semester of grad school. I took 12 credit hours and got a 4.0 GPA.
I wasn't really sure what to expect, but the work didn't seem that difficult. I don't know if it was easy or if I was that smart. Anyway, one down three to go!
I have the summer off to go play outside with my kids!

I hated grad school but eventually made it through it. I feel I learned almost nothing. Simply trading credits for money.
But congratulations to you. Hopefully, you had a better experience.

I got my masters 9 years ago and will be teaching my first (graduate level) class this fall. I'm already a full time employee on campus, so this is just adjunct. Hope I have some good students like you!

Hope I have some good students like you! Are you talking about him or me? Actually, I was a good student - I can jump through hoops a well as anyone - I just had a bad attitude but it largely depended on the quality of the class and instructor.

hikerjer, I was talking about mocamper. But I imagine there will be both types of students. Some who make 4.0's and some who just do what has to get done in order to pass the class. I've personally been both at different times in my life.
