Under what board should trip reports be posted?

My personal preference had always been the regional destination forums but that didn't ever seem to be the consensus.

That is where I always posted them before too. I put my latest trip in Storytelling.

This has a funny history. In fact while Storytelling (maybe a poorly chosen name since it sounds like a good yarn!) is my choice, most people stormed the castle when it was suggested that the Trail Register was not the right place. I had moved some TRs into that slot, nobody liked it. A nice compromise would be that a TR in Storytelling can also be mentioned in the proper Region with a link to the full report. I'm sure it is as yet unnoticed, but looking at any post (?any? Not sure, maybe just your own!) there is a Gear icon; pull that down and it should offer a Link to This Post with the code in the dialog window.Copy that and go paste it in the regional section and explain what it is, Bingo! So lets try to encourage Storytelling, see if that catches on this time.

I will not be restrained by your pithy whims and poorly organized taxonomy!

I didn't think restrained was even in your vocabulary.

Storytelling (maybe a poorly chosen name since it sounds like a good yarn!) is my choice, most people stormed the castle when it was suggested that the Trail Register was not the right place. Having Trailhead Register and Trip Reports could be problematic. Overall you've done a great job Steve, all this is just nitpicking, I have no complaints. Edit: It does say tell us about your trip so that pretty much covers it.
