Hello!
My name is Morgan, I'm a 20 year old college student in upstate New York! Not new to hiking in the sense of getting out into nature but definitely new to the level I'm trying to be at! Just recently started trying to get out of town and go camping and on longer excursions. I have a 19 week old rescue puppy that is currently my most loyal and best hiking partner and I'm sure that I'll be posting plenty of pictures of her on our outings. Looking to find new places to explore and to see what other people are seeing! Glad to be here!
Cheers!
-Morgan

Hello Morgon, from a guy who thought today was Friday, but thanks to foxalo I got schooled, OK wishful thinking on my part, and welcome to the boards.

What part of upstate NY? I used to live in the Albany area. But I'm now in Alabama. Welcome from the South!

Howdy!
Beer- Lagunitas Citrusenesis or any good IPA Scotch- Ardbeg 10 or just some plain Tin Cup Kilts- My favorite piece of clothing is my "Damn Near Kilt 'Em" sport utility kilt. Brussels Sprouts- I make a mean brussels sprouts coleslaw with sriracha, peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar and craisins. Beets- Makes your pee funny colored but I still eat em. Okra- Fried Bacon- Maple and free are tied for my two favorites.
What are your thoughts on wearing kilts without the pouch or the dirk?

Welcome from Western New York (Oregon). Glad to have you aboard our nut hut. Our leader is Reuben. Well, not the leader...but he is a true nut. I'm just a nut in training. I digress. I hope you reach the level you are wishing for. I'm still trying to hit mine and I've been at it a while.

When you have time, you should wander over to the "Camp Cooking and Trail Snacks" forum and post the recipe.

You have pretty much reached the mountain top. One final question from the committee: What is your favorite line from The Big Lebowski?

It's pre-Friday...almost as good. What are your thoughts on wearing kilts without the pouch or the dirk?
Usually not while hiking.
Welcome to the forum.

One final question from the committee: What is your favorite line from The Big Lebowski? Gotta go with "calm down, you're being very undude." I use it on an hourly basis.
