Hello all! I am a 25 year old environmental scientist traveling from Boston to Yellowstone and Jackson, WY. I’m looking for a couple of hiking partners to hike around Yosemite or Jackson, anyone from the area and has experience hiking around the area I’d love to have you join me! May will be a bit early to really get much hiking done around Jackson or Yellowstone. Yellowstone might not open until mid-June the way things look. If you really wanted to find someone to hike with, more notice might have been nice, allowing that "anyone from the area and with experience" to help you plan your itinerary.
You mentioned Yosemite, but did you mean Yellowstone? Jackson isn't close to Yosemite, so it made me wonder.

This is a photo from a FB group I belong dedicated to hiking the Tetons. This is the top of a trail sign , yesterday, at the very lowest elevation in the Park. If you're going May 4, plan on skiing or snowshoeing, not "hiking"....  |
