I learned to appreciate ghee (clarified butter) on our canoe trips into the Boundary Waters, so I learned how to make my own. In this little video I show you how to do it, and make pancakes, biscuits, toast & eggs with the homemade stuff. We all need more fat in our diet on the trail!!
