It works. Just know if it is greasy you will want to freezer store it till trail time

It works. Just know if it is greasy you will want to freezer store it till trail time Thanks. And yes, most stir fry's are relatively greasy. Should I pick out the meat and dry it separately? Here's what I'm thinking: one tray for meat, one tray for veggies and sauce, one tray for the rice. If the veggies are large (i.e., beef with broccoli) pick out the veggies , dice them and add them back into the sauce before drying.

I’ve only carried take out for weekends where my food packweight is low enough I haven’t bothered.
It’s an interesting idea. I do love Dim Sum....
