If you were there in the 1st week of September you were there during last "busy" week. We were there on Labor Day weekend, which resulted in us spending the day in the park and finding a campground outside the park after dark.

How beautiful. I have not been to the city for a long time. Because of the work, I can't even go on nature for the weekend.

Black tail deer are fairly small compared to the white tail and mule deer we had in Wyoming, but these two were grazing when they noticed me and quickly got close to reassure each other that there was no real threat.
