After accounting for a range of factors, the incidence reduction results were significant for five digestive system cancers:
47% reduction in liver and esophageal cancer
34% reduction in pancreatic cancer
24% reduction in colorectal cancer
38% reduction in gastric cancer link

This is something I've added to my daily routine, since my bout with cancer next year. Not that I expect that to stop the cancer returning, but it couldn't hurt! The theory is that inflammation promotes cancers, and the aspirin helps decrease overall inflammation in the body.
