P.S. is it a catch-22 that you need to exercise to have a sharp enough mind to see that exercise is good?

P.S. is it a catch-22 that you need to exercise to have a sharp enough mind to see that exercise is good? I tend to think you are correct with that expression. Exercise can be placed in the realm of the glowing stove burner, for those over 50 and not use to exercising. ‘We’ know the burner glows red because it is hot and to touch it would mean pain can be the same as knowing exercise will be tough and cause pain.

One study showed that 60% of those over age 50 can no longer perform basic mathematics to perform everyday functions.
I am glad I am in the other 45%.
