I wonder if it wouldn't taste so salty once used as a sauce - like tossed with pasta? Yeah, I think I had too much sauce for the random bit of veggies I found in the fridge to put it on But I think I could also cut the soy sauce in half, easily, and still have it taste right.

But JUST Peanut butter never satisfied me :D Although it smells really good. I can sit down with a jar of PB and a spoon and be happy. Fresh ground, natural...nothing but peanuts and salt...is heavenly. Mixed with honey it's addictive. I can sit down with a jar of PB and a spoon and be happy. Am I feeling a pressure to start enjoying peanut butter? :D

Haven't used PB2, but had some PBFit recently. Mixing with water, per the directions, wasn't bad at all. Sure, a little oil made it better, but it wasn't bad. Haven't used it in a recipe yet, but I think it would work ok.

Never had a peanut butter and bacon sandwich? Or brown sugar bacon? Brown sugar bacon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Take thick cut bacon and cover in brown sugar. I like to use a pie dish or a rectangular baking dish and fill with brown sugar. Than I press the thick cut bacon into the brown sugar making sure that there is a good coating on each side of each slice.
Then foil a cookie sheet. Place a metal oven rack or grill over the cookie sheet. Then place bacon slices evenly across the grill making sure edges do not touch. Bake for about 20-30 mins at 400 degrees rotating the pan every 10 minutes to ensure even cooking.I was thinking of mixing the peanut butter powder in the brown sugar. I missed this. It sounds...kind of gross, actually. A little too much sugar and fat for me. As if bacon wasn't decadent enough on its own.
