My musical tastes run across a fairly broad spectrum with the unifying factor mostly being a rapid tempo and real instruments. For this particular thread and the question of "thrilling" music I would answer with Metallica's cover of "Whiskey in the Jar"; Iron Maiden's "Run to the Hills" and Motörhead's "Ace of Spades" as music that will always get my blood pumping. Honorable mention to Rammstein for "Du Hast" and Prong's "Snap your fingers, snap your neck" for being almost as much fun.

I'd have to throw Judas Priest's "Cathedral Spires" into the mix. Love the slow intro, then (basically) "Go!"

Cathedral Spires is a speeding ticket waiting to happen.
