The late Bowie with guitar virtuoso Andrian Belew performing live (small venue) a rock-funk piece during the late ‘70s (hiding out in West Berlin?).
A better quality vid of the whole show is out there but a bit long to post.

Gotta rock it with Stone Temple Pilots live with their late front man Scott Wieland .. 22 years ago (gads) playing one of their first hits in the House of Blues, with the other band members are the brothers DeLeo and drummer Kruetz.
They’ve gone through some vocalists the aforementioned Weiland and the also late Chester Bennington (who took over after leaving Linken Park). Hope the new guy succeeds…

Ok, here’s some soft hits (honest!) from the same Stone Temple Pilots show to sooth the ears with some backing chamber orchestra thrown in. Sour Girl is a song about the singers divorce from wife #1 .
Also an acoustic version of what I think was their biggest hit almost 30 years ago Interstate Love Song ..

Guitarist Jeff Beck plays an instrumental version the Beatles A Day In the Life ..
.. Live in Tokyo (1999). His rhythm guitarist is Jennifer Batten who was the late Micheal Jackson’s principal guitarist btw. Also Randy Hope-Taylor - Bass Steve Alexander - drums to complete the credits.

Guitarist Jeff Beck plays an instrumental version the Beatles A Day In the Life .. So many interpretations are possible, not to mention the original. A Neil Young version, with ex-wife Pegi on xylophone and other, before he dumped her.

Only Neil Young could take this Beatles classic to the next level. Neil's voice, coupled with the choir and guitar work, perfected A Day In the Life. That's all I can say.

I don't know if I'd say next level, but certainly a different one. It was a great song to begin with. Maybe he moved it sideways more than up, whatever that might be. But yeah, Neil can do stuff like that.
I found this similar version, with a cameo by Paul, who obviously approves.
