Back in the day, we went with Osprey. Osprey for Kids That is...... after they outgrew the Kelsey Kid Carrier. We liked the Osprey versatility and adjustability. Yesterday Today The actual correlation is: She started out with the Osprey Ace 10 years ago and is still an active hiker today. Mission Accomplished! Here second backpack was the Osprey Aura 50 and currently the HMG 3400 Southwest.

This is us on father's day. I have been backpacking for a long time. My oldest has been since he was 9 days old. first overnight was at 9 months. In this pic he is 5. My youngest is 18 months in this pic. I love that you took your boys out so young. We are doing the same with out son. I was looking back through my pics and realize he was 5 days old for his first hike with mom and dad. Now he is 13 months and still loves nature. I hope it stays that way forever

My oldest gets upset if we do not at least get out and hike every weekend. He became ill on Friday so no hiking this weekend. He was super bummed.

5 days old for his first hike with mom and dad You are tougher than I was! I didn't want to do much walking until more like 3 weeks. Note that's nothing to do with the kid, and everything to do with Mom

I didn't realize at the time how lucky/blessed I was with an easy recovery.
