I am partial to the Moving Comfort Fineform bras. The are supportive enough for running, nice for BPing, too. And I think fairly cute. Oh, and comfortable, of course.

and comfortable, of course. I have been forced to conclude that "comfortable bra" is an oxymoron. I seem to be getting more sensitive to things like textures and straps around my middle as I age. At this rate, I'll be wearing muumuus by the time I'm 80.

OK, I bought this bra in early fall. Found it on sale at Moosejaw and it was one of those "wow that's cute, have to have it" purchases. I've totally fallen in love with it. It goes on when I get up to walk the dog, when I get home from work and pull on my sweats, and pretty much all weekend. Doesn't seem to get smelly, holds its shape and elasticity (I've been hand-washing it), soft feel like cotton but it's a synthetic. www.beyondyoga.com/tops/bras/plush-hour-tri-panel-bra.html?color=three-tone-gray

You're going to wait that long? I'm thinking 75 ... Maybe 70. Or even 60... jazzmom --I hope you got it on a really good sale, because I wouldn't pay $73 for a bra of any sort! :0

I've been wearing the Ibex merino wool bra & panties. I first tried them when they had a bra on clearance (they're pricey) and loved them. I got more when they were on sale at Ibex and various other hiking sites. I wear a C and got the size large bra. It gives me enough support. I got the panties in my usual medium. Since they're merino, they pack small, they don't smell, and they don't itch. I wear them whenever I go hiking, even in the hottest of summer.

I've been wearing the Ibex merino wool bra & panties. The girls just cringed reading that. I know you say they don't itch...but I can't even wear a Smartwool shirt. The thought of that stuff in my bra...yeah. I'm squirming! (I know I'm more sensitive to that than most people...obviously!).

Rebecca, that made me laugh. We're all so different! On my longest day hike, I wore my wool all the way to the top of Half Dome and back to camp. I sweated up a storm and never itched (and didn't smell). I consider myself a lucky wool wearer

I'm with Rebecca on this one. Just the thought of wool on those parts of the body makes me itchy. I know Merino is a lot softer, but still. Wool and underwear just don't seem right to be a thing.

I consider myself a lucky wool wearer I wish I were one of these! I keep trying on the Icebreaker shirts -- and then I stand in the dressing room with my arms straight out trying not to let any part of the fabric touch any part of my skin. I want to be able to wear wool -- but I just can't. The only exception is my hiking socks. I want to be able to wear those good-for-smaller-than-C-cup comfy, stretchy bras, too. But, alas, that is not to be, either. Sigh.

I have a couple of Glamorise sport bras. Ugly as sh*t, comfortable enough to wear for a week without taking it off. Though I'll run a wet wipe around up and under once a day, to prevent sweat rash. Also helps that I did not have to pay more than $25 bucks for either of them.

I am comfortable in any bra I own and am toying with the idea of skipping the unflattering sports bra this time and wearing a regular bra. Decisions to make. Sigh.

I used to wear Patagonia’s Barely Everyday Bra, but when it worn out, I bought Under Armour Seamless Essential Sports Bra. This one not only fills every of my hiking bra requirements, but it is also cheaper than the first one, so I can get new as soon as old loses its form.

I'm circling back to this thread, in hopes that someone has found that magical bra that doesn't feel cold and clammy when you've been sweating up a storm. And NOT the wool one, okay?
I'm really getting tired of getting chilled because under my super wicking shirt is a bra that seems to soak sweat no matter how synthetic it is.

Still super happy with the Beyond Yoga bra I mentioned a year ago; same one going strong after a year. I don't put it in the dryer.
