The one that fits you best, and carries your gear load the most comfortably. Packs are like shoes. Fit is foremost.

Zeke's answer is spot on. Pack fit is the #1 thing you need to worry about, and that is so personal that there's little point in asking. From where you are in Chile that could be challenging--can you access the packs to try them on with your gear? Or wait until you arrive in Australia (where there may be choices I don't know about)? If you have to mail-order the packs, pick the one that looks like it will handle your gear best, and leave enough time to try it and send it back and get another (or order all 3 and resign yourself to paying return postage on two). Pay careful attention to size. If you can, get your torso measured by a pro. If not, look on-line for detailed instructions, and ask someone to help you.
There really is no other way.
It does occur to me that I might also ask if you are going to be backpacking US style (wilderness; carry everything you need to camp for multiple days) or European (primarily hauling your stuff from bus to hostel to train. If the latter, the style of pack might matter more than fit, so that it's something that's easier to use as luggage, while some reduced comfort won't ruin the trip because you won't be carrying it so much.
All the brands listed make good packs and back their products with decent warranties.
