Wonder if that route requires blue-bagging it by now? When we did Buckskin Gulch to the confluence with Pariah, we were required to bag 2004? Some point close to that.

It's funny, the people who complain the most about the blue bagging kinds of routes (Whitney, here in CA) are the same ones that insist on burying TP halfheartedly, "just put a rock on it", and "I ain't packing out my sh**!" and yet, the dots just never connect for them....
I wish they would institute blue bagging on Half Dome. Not that I go there like, EVER, but I do have occasion to use the trail system around it... the poop piles and TP blossom start as you walk a mile past that last outhouse in LYV.

Not a whole lot of land out of the waterway to bury stuff. In 1995 the rule in the Pariah was to pee in the river, cathole on land 100' from the river. You sometimes had to hold it a ways....
