Do you journal or track your workouts? I use this thread to track my weekly workouts(or however long it takes me to get through a complete cycle). That's why a lot of the details are just things I want to remember.I rarely look back further than the previous week's workout schedule though.

Lately when I've been taking the stairs I've been doing two steps at a time. Not running them or doing them fast but stepping them. That gives me a fuller range of motion, hits the hips and hammies just a tad more, and brings the knee stabilization into the mix more.
Also I'm not leaning forward but trying to keep chest high as much as possible.

I do the same thing at the mall I visit on my bike route.I do a few laps in the a/c,stop at Starbucks for a snack, and since I am so warmed up take the stair steps two at a time.I would have to slow down way too much if I did one step at a time...

I suppose mine are closer to step-ups than anything else. I've not gone down them backwards yet but I may try that if I feel that by holding onto the rail I won't kill myself.

For my morning workouts (in addition to my weight based training) I signed up for crossfit. I'll go M-W-F. Should be painful at first.

For the week of 27 Dec. 2015, I did 3 one hour sessions on the Versa Climber and 3 one hour sessions on the Landmine and Cablecross.
