Actually when packing out TP it would be a plus to have it inside the glove as well as the TP bag.

I carry dry paper towels. Lighter than wipes and can be useful in their dry state or moistened with a little water for clean up. I've never been "super finicky"/"super worried", but a number of you guys are getting to me. Way back, I decided, like ErnieW indicates above, that TP wasn't going to be strong enough. Soooooo, I get paper towels. More specifically, I buy Viva "Choose-a-sheet" cloth-like paper towels, which are already perforated at about 4" intervals, pull off a "what-I-think-is-sufficient" length, cut it in half - and, then, I have a neat sequence of approximately 4" square paper towel segments (which you COULD laboriously PREbreak into sections, but I don't) which are strong and kind to your bum. I take sanitizer in a bottle for cleanup. Maybe I need a remote wand to use the paper on me backside. Yowsa!

I've never been "super finicky"/"super worried", but a number of you guys are getting to me. This is me as well. Whatever I've been doing I haven't gotten sick from doing it. I've always figured try to be sanitary but whatever bacteria or virus that is in my poop is already inside me so a little on my hands might not be the end of the world. I'm usually more concerned about clean down there and not getting a rash then contaminating via mouth.
I mostly solo hike.

Yes, I think the issues get big when you are sharing food in a group.
