I've switched to using a quilt in both hammock and tent, so I'm looking to sell the WM bag I bought new about 9 years ago. It's the long (6'-6") with left zip. I've slept in it about 20 nights, always with long baselayers & socks, so not much skin contact (I haven't washed it). The only blemishes are two pinholes, repaired with Seam Grip. I listed it yesterday on Geartrade for $320. Asking $300 here. Comes with original storage sack; never stored stuffed. I'll pay for shipping.

Awesome product...! WM makes great stuff. I’m sure someone will snap it up. I have a WM TerraLite; it opens at the foot so I can use it as a quilt. I love the craftsmanship of their bags.
Regards,
DR

I have that bag. 20f/-7c (on top of a 5R mat) worked for me with the usual merino baselayer and socks. By that I mean comfortable sleep not survival .

The gear lust rises in the throat, dry, and tasting of down. 8{
Now I wish I could slake my downy thirst yet again, but my closet(s) are already so full: Marmots and WMs lie mostly unused therein.
I grow older and poorer and less rotund.
Some years ago, I lusted for the UltraLite, but opted for the more forgiving girth of the AlpinLite. Now I dream of what could have been …

I negligently failed to mention how good a deal this is: the UltraLite went for $290 circa 2004, when I first thought about getting one. Stuff is expensive now: I bought my Alpinlite for $325 from a discount dealer back then; the bag goes for something around $650 - $700 now, based on a quick search online. The WM UltraLite is close to the same amount, so about double the asking price here.

gabby, it currently retails for $595. I posted it a week ago on Geartrade @ $320 free shipping, and my best offer so far is $275. My wife posted it on some other site with the buyer paying for shiping, and received an offer for $275. She's inclined to haggle on the price.

Yeah: close to $600 new is what I saw most places - I am just amazed at the price of prime goose down in the last 20 odd years. It’s almost a better investment than gold! Okay ;^D … I don’t need another bag, but, if you can’t get your asking, I’ll be your backup @ $300. At the very least, I can hold the bag for the possibility that someone else hereabouts will finally wake up to this deal. So, should you arrive at thinking you’ll not get better than $275, give me a buzz and I’ll spring fer your asking. (wink, wink, nod, nod)

Someone got a really good deal. I took very good care of this WM bag, but it was 9 years old (maybe 10, as I don't have the receipt). What I do remember is it retailed for $400 at the time and somehow I latched onto a rare 40% off coupon. Paid $240 and sold it for $35 more after about a decade of use (though not many bag nites during that span). Pretty good deal for me, even adjusted for inflation. I was going to ask $200 at first, but Mrs. Driftwoody vetoed that.
