I need to find an alternate pump sack to fill my NEMO Flyer sleep pads. NEMO pump sacks are out of stock. I tried a Trekology pump sack, but the fitments were not compatible.

I've heard that the Exped Schnozzle fits the Nemo Tensor pads. Not sure if the Flyers and the Tensors have the same valves, or at least the same size?
I really like the Schnozzle. It also fits Sea to Summit valves and also fits nicely over Thermarest Neoair valves.

I adapted one size to another (Exped to Thermarest) by softening a piece of clear plastic tube in hot water . See if something like that works for you.
Otherwise you can do something like this lunatic in this video :

The Nemo bags are badly designed anyway, or at least mine is. So finding an alternative would be good.

Thank you for the suggestions. I find it kind of crazy that in this day and age when we are all looking to save weight, they can not seem to incorporate the pump sack into the stuff sack, making it dual purpose. I say shame on NEMO and others for their short sightedness. It's a little frustrating.

The Exped Schnozzle is a stuff sack. It weighs about 2oz, maybe a little under, and will double as a stuff sack for your whole sleep kit, i.e., sleeping bag, pad and pillow. Super easy to use.

I've been using the Neoair pump sack for years, but at 3.5 oz (100g), it barely earns its keep.

I can use the Thermarest or the BA pumpsacks as stuff sacks. I will probably cut the Nemo to make it easier to fill with air, but my Nemo is a car-camping pad so don’t need the stuff sack capacity.

Another benefit of an inflation bag (I use a small Neo Air pumpsack, which I believe is no longer made) is that I can rig the webbing straps from my quilt attachment kit to turn it into a serviceable summit pack. I've used it to carry flyfishing gear, food, and raingear for day trips from back country basecamps. So, for me, the pumpsack often does triple duty. |

There are several small battery operated air pumps. This is probably the smallest 
It is the same size as the Flextail already posted. Could be the same product with minor cosmetic differences. (same size and weight)  |
