Stunning, and such contrasts between the light of the comet vs. the dark skies and clouds. I especially like the first photo.
If I were to attribute meaning to the scenes, I'd think that the comet represents a light in the world and shows a path amidst the darkness of friction and the pandemic.

Great shots! Was that visible with the naked eye? We’ll be keeping a watch out, especially as it becomes visible in the evening (I didn’t know about it, but your photos sent me off to do some research ). ETA: autumnmist, We can only hope so!

Was that visible with the naked eye? Yes, it's very easy.. My photos are just 2.5" exposures.

Totally forgot to check this morning while we were away from lights, but I think it was too cloudy anyway. But geez, pre-dawn is awfully early!

But geez, pre-dawn is awfully early! We're BP'rs... pre-dawn means nothing..... I get up at 3AM to get a thermos of coffee ready, to drive to a site, and the shows over by 4:20-4:25AM... I was home by 4:30 this morning..and crawled back in bed....1- 1/2 hrs of sleep lost...for this Un-cropped, full frame from an APS-c camera, 220mm focal length
