Haven't been able to really get in the zone with sitting meditation the past few years. Need to go back to working on that.
I do 'walking meditation' every day I can. Some days with a chant mantra or a prayer, some days with deep concentration on some aspect of the Dharma.
Going out on the trail this afternoon for that. It is good.
