link I tried these in the Canyon in March, and they really went well. There is a need for carrying sauce, as they are really dry. I ended up asking for several pouches of sauce at a Sonny's BBQ and they gave them to me. IMO, it takes about 3 packets of sauce for each packet of pork. I could justify carrying either a small container of sauce, or an entire bottle of sauce, depending on how many meals I was planning on using the pulled pork. As for the heat factor, I like spicy foods and did not think the sriracha flavor was all that spicy. Others may take heed. YMMV

Yes! A thousand times, yes! Me, some Arby's sauce packets, and street taco shells are getting some of this to try. Going to see how rehydrating it goes with just a bit of boiling water. Whoo-buddy some BBQ on the trail!

You can get packets of Sriracha at Starbucks. These are the real deal, and plenty spicy.

You can get packets of Sriracha at Starbucks. Really? Didn't know that. A lot of Vietnamese restaurants have them for to-go orders. Like soy sauce packets from Chinese restaurants.
