I have the Timberline trail and the Wonderland (I know more than 60) in mind but I am interested in other trails in the PNW that are loops or out and backs. We are planning on doing the Realto to Shi Shi to Realto in 2020. We do not expect to do the Realto to Shi Shi to Realto trip again for at least 5 more years. So it has come time to start planning on a new out of state trip. If you have suggestions, I will put them on the list for consideration.

There are loop opportunities in the Goat Rocks WLD that are really nice.
I think you meant to post this in "Pacific Northwest and Alaska."

Come to the Headwaters of the Pacific Northwest and do any number of loops in the Teton Wilderness of the Bridger-Teton National Forest. then get your loopsternitis shot and have a friend shuttle you for one of our classic point to points. There is amazing rarely travelled stuff in the Tetons north of Mt. Moran you could loop, shuttle, out and back...Google Moose Basin.

@idahowalker,
You might also try posting this in the PNW forum.

Mountain States and PNW both work for us.

You can circumnavigate Glacier Peak in the manner of the Wonderland trail. It requires either a short road walk detour to the Buck Creek Pass trail (on the east side of Glacier Peak), OR a day of off-trail work to connect from the Napeequa River to Buck Creek Pass. That would be quite an epic route.
The Whatcom Pass area in NCNP makes for a great out-and-back. The pass itself is a modest goal in terms of views, but much more spectacular terrain in accessed by a 3/4 mile climb on a boot path north from the pass. Fro there it's easy short off-trail to Tapco Lakes or to Middle Lakes. If you're willing to get creative with some extensive off-trail, you can turn this into a loop by traversing east to west near Bear mountain and returning to the Chilliwack River trail that way.
In the Olympics, you could do a loop of the Skyline Trail and the North Fork Quinalt.
