It looks like I'm going to be a car-camping bum for a period of 7-14 days, ending July 28, some or all of that time in the vicinity of Heeney, CO. (From there I'm meeting my son at the Winds for a longer BP trip.)
This is going to be a "working vacation" for me, but I will also be doing some hiking, of course. Anyone interested in a day hike or short BP trip in that area, let me know. I'd consider anywhere within a reasonable distance of that area.
