Until today, I have not been in my RV for months. Today, I opened the door in my RV and I see these, on the outside upper right side of the door opening. What are they? -Don- Reno, NV

There are different kinds. Your nests look a little different from the open pipe type, but basically same thing. We get a lot of the open pipe kind here. I never pay attention to what kind of wasp. We've got several different kinds flying around just in my backyard.

I would say make sure there is nothing in them before scraping them off. They aren't like the huge nests you see that could have a whole swarm in it. We never bother to remove them off our back deck. They eventually wear away, and I rarely see swaps actually using them.
