A pretty good week. Nice weather in the early part of the week helped:
M: 5-mile road run Tu: Bike commute 14 miles W: Bike commute 16 miles, P90X V-sculpt (back/bis) Th: Nada... Long work day then kids' activities F: Shovel snow twice at home and 3x at work. P90X stretch. Sa: Shovel driveway. Downhill ski. Walk dog 1.5 miles. Su: "Spartan" workout (heavy bucket carries, sandbag carries, spear throw, rope climb, Hercules hoist, rings)
I have a bit of tendinitis in my right Achilles. Probably from a combo of bike riding and snow shoveling. I would skip tonight's run, except my son is doing a science fair experiment (exercise + body temperature) and he needs the running data. I'm going to purposely have a light week to rest before Saturday's Spartan Race.
I lost the little weight I had gained during my vacation, but no more.

I have got to get back on my run schedule. It's been way too irregular.

I wish they would wear a make or stay home---instead there are several that like to come into work and take out the whole team... Sorry you're feeling lousy. This year, my boss actually forced a couple of guys showing flu symptoms to leave the office. It was appreciated, and I'm confident he also helped his bottom line.

M: Run 5 miles Tu - F: Rest ahead of Spartan. Walk dog a couple times. Sa: Winter Spartan Race. I crushed it! Trip Report... bpbasecamp.freeforums.net/thread/9616/winter-spartan-race-2018. Su: Every muscle in my body was slightly sore. Every. Single. One. Rest, stretch, load some firewood, walk the dog to stay loose.

Su: Sore from Spartan race. Walk dog 1.5 miles, indoor spring cleaning, and stack some firewood in an attempt to stay "loose". M: 4-mile run. Legs felt heavy. Tu: Walk dog 1.5 miles. W: Nada. I had intentions to do core work while watching SU beat Arizona State, but I just sat on the couch. Th: Shovel driveway (1' of snow). A bit of elbow tendinitis still from the Spartan race. Walk dog 1.5 miles. F: Nada. I had intentions to do core work while watching SU beat TCU, but I just sat on the couch. Sa: St. Patty's Day Parade in the early afternoon. Then I got lazy. Walk dog 1.5 miles. Su: Downhill ski. I had intentions to do core work while watching SU beat Michigan State, but I just sat on the couch. See the pattern here?

A good week:
M: 5-mile road run Tu: Yoga W: Back/bis. I started with 15 super-strict pull ups. I'm happy with that. Th: Chest/tris. I benched 205x5. I'm happy with that, too. Walk dog 1.5 miles in the evening. F: My arms were pretty much useless all day. Shoveled my MIL's deck (about 2.5' of heavy snow). Sa: Downhill skiing. Walk dog. Su: 5-mile hilly run on snowmobile trails. Walk dog in the evening.

I'm behind a couple weeks.
Week of the 12th: M: 1.25 hours Yoga Tu: Nada W: Nada Th: Nada F: Drive to Fruita, CO, walked dogs around camping area Sa: Rented full suspension mountain bike and mountain biked the area Su: Homebound due to weather
Week of the 19th: M: Walked the dogs 2 miles; didn't get to yoga Tu: Nada W: Nada Th: you guessed it, nada F: Ran 2.3 miles Sa: Ran 3.3 mile and walked the dogs 2.5 miles Su: Walked the dogs 2.5 miles and fixed my bicycle flat tires.
I need my gumption back if I'm going to achieve my upcoming goals.
I'm still planning on running the Bryce Canyon Trail Half Marathon and I'll be signing up for a local all women Sprint Triathlon at the end of July. That last bit scares me a little.
