driftwoodySo if you don't hang your hammock in trees, where do you hang it?

driftwoodySo if you don't hang your hammock in trees, where do you hang it? I hang it between rock pinnacles. These are often very far apart, so my whoopee slings have to be several hundred yards long. This makes my pack very heavy, but I can't sleep comfortably on the ground. Alternatively I hang it under the Brooklyn Bridge, which I hear is for sale.

Sleep is for the birds, in the trees.
Regarding that bridge. I've got some prime real estate - maybe we could do a land swap?

With really great, widely spaced pinnacles for hanging hammocks😉
