If was the judge I might be inclined to tell him, "Try that again, when you're sober." But that wouldn't be fair to the bison.

We have a 6 day a week daily and a weekly paper here. This week's weekly on Wednesday had a couple of letters to the Editor about this torture incident encouraging a tourist boycott. Our county is North of Daniel and unlike any other county in Wyoming, we're pretty deep Blue in a deep Red State. Tehre used to be a bumper sticker: "Jackson, 15 minutes from Wyoming." That distance is only growing. The contempt for this crime is as high here as in any PETA loving megalopolis. If anyone wants to send objections I encourage them to be sent to Governor Gordon and others.

A mountain lion may swish its tail back and forth before attacking. I've owned a few cats, and any time one of their tails was doing that twitching-swish thing, I knew I was about to experience considerable pain.

Keep in mind that the Wyoming state logo is of a cowboy tormenting a horse. Hey now... those horses get paid well.
