I once made a presentation at the Smithsonian. I was thinking it was a nice honor, Now....not so much. Maybe if you gave out blind naked mole rat wine stoppers...

I was just about to have dinner man! Dude, if you click on a thread whose title contains the phrase "blind naked mole rat queen" right before dinner, that's your own damn fault.

On the assumption you are (or taste) what you eat I looked up these guys to see what they eat: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naked_mole-ratActually interesting little critters. The stand out for me is that for such a small mammal they can live up to 32 years.

More news! Naked mole rats possess a gene which helps them live abnormally well for much longer than expected. Seems as though we could learn a thing or two from them.
Today, Joe is still a wrinkly rodent with a taste for root veggies. But he’s now Buffenstein’s oldest naked mole rat, the oldest ever recorded—Joe turns 39 this year. That’s nine times older than typical mice live, and five times more than other similarly sized rodents. ... Buffenstein was one of just a few researchers looking at mole rats and aging. Now mole rats are all the rage, and labs around the world are exploring their basic biology with the goal of using those insights to develop drugs that might prevent the ravages of age in people. Because humans and gorillas get hypertension. Mice and zebrafish get cancer. Kangaroos and dogs get arthritis. An endless list of diseases of aging plague an endless list of animals. The "and"s are so prevalent that any "but" makes scientists’ eyes spring open. Joe is a "but." Mole rats enjoy incredibly long and healthy lives before they expire. "The naked mole rat says it's not inevitable," says Buffenstein, who now works for Google’s biotech spinoff, Calico Labs, which does R&D to combat aging and associated diseases. "They clearly have a blueprint to stave off aging." www.wired.com/story/long-strange-life-worlds-oldest-naked-mole-rat/

When the UFO report comes out and the aliens turn out to be blind naked mole rats, you may have to atone for that statement. Unfortunately for you, nothing is ever truly erased from the internet.

“Blind” and “naked” sounds like a keg party at the VFW that goes a little too far
